Shelly Campbell Williams
Shelly Campbell Williams of Destin, Fla., passed away on Jan. 21, 2013, after her battle with cancer. She was born in Salisbury, N.C. on Sept, 30, 1965 to Ralph Donald Campbell and Ann Mendenhall Hunter.
Shelly was raised in Asheville, N.C. and moved to Destin as a teenager where she later began a career in real estate. Her loves in life included her friends, her dogs, deepsea fishing, and sports.
Shelly will be always be remembered by her generous spirit, love for adventure, outgoing and energetic personality, and infectious smile.
Shelly was preceded in death by her father, Don, and brother, Donald.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah; mother and step-father, Ann and James Hunter, Jr.; half-siblings, Kyle and Maggie; loving and devoted friend, Tommy Williams; and several other supportive friends who helped care for her.

Darrell Craig Boe'
Mr. Darrell Craig Boe', Sr., 54, of Slidell, passed away on Jan. 21, 2013, in Slidell.
An only child, Mr. Boe' was born in New Orleans, La., to William Clarence Boe', Jr. and Darlene Arnel Boak Boe'. He graduated from Slidell High School and Louisiana State University. He earned his licenses in landscape architecture and general contracting. He was licensed in Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
In addition to living in Slidell, he and his wife lived in Destin for 13 years, where he practiced his trade. Upon their return to Slidell from Destin, he worked as an independent landscape contractor. He loved the LSU Tigers, New Orleans Saints and classic cars. He enjoyed painting landscapes and sharing those with family. His work and hobbies were centered around using his hands. A very selfless person, he will be remembered for being patient, loving, and kind, and one who dearly loved his wife and family. He was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Rebecca "Becky" Ball Boe' of Slidell; mother, Darlene Boe' of Slidell; children, Chantell, P.J., Robert, Rachael and Amanda; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1:30-3 p.m. Jan. 24 at St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal Church, 15th Street, Gulfport, Miss. Friends will be received in the parlor in the parish hall.
Funeral services will be held in the church sanctuary at 3 p.m. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
Robert A. 'Bob' Regan
Robert A. 'Bob' Regan died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, in Pensacola, Fla. Bob was born April 19, 1947, in Saginaw, Mich.
He graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., in 1965. After graduating from Okaloosa-Walton Junior College in Niceville, Fla., he graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla., where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Bob continued his education at Pensacola Junior College where he earned an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Laboratory Arts.
While attending PJC, he met Catherine Bullen whom he married on May 16, 1981, at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church in Gulf Breeze, Fla. They were married for 31 years. Bob loved the outdoors. He enjoyed boating, hunting, fishing, sailing, archery and flying radiocontrolled airplanes.
Bob owned and operated Regan Dental Lab in Pace, Fla., serving area dentists including Dr. Peter Kantrales, Dr. Thomas Hills, Dr. Cecilia Hines and Dr. Lois Lunderman. Thanks are extended to them for their loyal support.
Surviving Bob are his wife, Catherine, of Pace; father and mother, Bernard J. and Kathleen Regan of Fort Walton Beach; brother, Michael B. Regan and his wife, Janice, of Destin, Fla.; nephews, Michael, Stephen and Benjamin Regan; grand-nieces, Ashley and Caitlyn Regan; and grand-nephew, Nathaniel Regan.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 25 at St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church, 1 St. Francis Drive, in Gulf Breeze. A reception for family and friends will be held in the church's parish hall immediately following the service.
Honorary pall bearers will be Bob's Alpha Tau Omega brothers from the University of South Florida.
